A reading can help you find your inner compass, discover your own answers and validate your path.  If there's an area of your life where you feel stuck, invalidated or the same situation/pattern keeps repeating, a Reading offers communication that brings awareness and healing.  You lighten up, find your flow, and relax in your body so you can navigate life with more ease and enjoyment.  Bring a question or concern.  Some clients use it as a way to recenter or reground after a challenging experience, travel, or just because life gets intense! These sessions include a powerful self-check-in, and a tangible shift from one’s current state.

Tuning the Biofield (Remote or in person)
Weighted and unweighted tuning forks are activated on and around the body’s magnetic energy field (biofield) producing sound waves that relax the physical body and entrain it to autotune itself into energetic balance. Biofield Tuning helps release subconscious blocks and move stuck energy caused by trauma or unprocessed emotional patterns. Sound healing helps people relieve stress and improve their physical, mental, and emotional health.  Three sessions are recommended to gain the most benefit, as each session builds on the previous session.

Remote Sound Healing by phone
.Vibrational sound healing brings your body’s electrical system back into balance.  Sessions can be conducted effectively from a distance and can be wonderful tool in helping to release stress and build resilience. I read your energy field intuitively and use the coherent vibration of tuning forks to support the body in recognizing and correcting its vibrational imbalances and encourage the flow of your life-force energy. The goal is for your body, mind and spirit to resonate with coherence and vitality. (This modality is not for a person who has a pacemaker, is pregnant, seriously ill, or has cancer.)

Reset your home as a place of sanctuary for all who live there.  Clear out low vibes, past time energy/imprints, former residents, owners, tenants and create new boundaries with the neighborhood. Set the home energy at enthusiasm and abundance; a place that allows you to rest and recharge as well as be creatively inspired.  A recording of the session will be provided for remote session.
